The City of Colorado Springs plans to have Phase 2 of the Woodmen Road improvements under contract for final design sometime in the near future. Please continue to visit this website for up-to-date information.

Phase 2 (Stinson to Powers Boulevard) is intended to begin
after Phase 1 construction ends. Prior to Phase 2 construction,
all right-of-way for the proposed action, as described in the Environmental Assessment document, will be purchased.
